INGREDIENTS

- 2 ounces Barceló Blanco
- 8 mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 more lemon for decoration (optional)
- Soda
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Crushed ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Serve the Barceló Imperial in a long glass with ice, sqIn a glass we place the mint and the two tablespoons of piloncillo, we proceed to squeeze the lemon with the help of a crusher, we crush the three ingredients to mix them well without destroying the leaves. Add crushed ice to the center of the glass, followed by rum and mix well. Final step, add ice to the rim and fill the remaining space with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
